Pre Loved Accessories by Sophia for Children Microsite

Pre Loved Accessories Microsite is a micro site of Sophia for Children being a non-profit association, incorporated and registered in Cyprus in accordance with The Associations and Institutions and Other Related Matters Law of 2017, as amended, having its registered address in Cyprus and recognized as charitable for the purposes of section 9(1)(f) of the Income Tax Law of 2022, as amended.

Pre Loved Accessories Microsite serves as an online shop where you can buy barely worn or never worn designer clothes, shoes and accessories to support the needs of children in Cyprus and Kenya.

Placing an Order

Before you place an order:

1. Click on the product you wish to purchase and add it in your cart
2. View your cart
3. Proceed to checkout
4. You will be asked to insert your email address. We need this email address to be able to send you a confirmation of receipt of your order or otherwise contact you with regard to your order
5. You will be asked to insert your details: Region, First Name, Last Name, Address, City, Postal Code and Phone number. We need this information to be able to process your order, issue an invoice, conclude a sale contract and arrange for the collection of the product you have purchased or otherwise contact you with regard to your purchase.
6. You will be asked to opt for a collection option (collection from Sophia Home or collection from ACS pick up point). Either option is free of charge
7. You will see information as regards collection, returns and our contact information in case you have any issues or questions with your order
8. Click on the “Place Order” button. By clicking on the “Place Order” button you have placed your order and you should expect our email confirming receipt of your order.
9. You will receive our confirmation of receipt of your order email. This email marks the conclusion of a sale contract between us (“Sale Contract”)

Delivery & Returns

Business Day means a day other than Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday in Cyprus.

If you select to collect your order from Sophia Home, we will have it ready for you within the second Business Day after you place your order.

If you select an ACS pickup point to collect your order, please allow 3-4 Business Days for delivery. ACS Courier will send you a message when your order is ready to be picked up from the location you selected.

Returns are allowed within 2 Business Days. If you wish to return your order for any reason, please return it to the location you picked it up from within 2 Business Days from the date it has been delivered to you.

Language

The Sale Contract shall be concluded in the English language

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

The Sale Contract and these Terms & Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising hereunder or from use of the Microsite.

Breach of Terms & Conditions

In cases of breach of these Terms & Conditions by you, Sophia for Children may and will take all necessary actions to protect its rights not excluding the possibility of blocking your access to the Microsite.

You hereby agree to indemnify Sophia for Children to the fullest extent from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable under any applicable law, such provisions shall be severed and deleted without affecting the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions herein, which shall remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Amendment

Sophia for Children can amend any or all of the Terms & Conditions at any time as it sees fit, without prior notice and by using this Microsite you will be considered as having received notice and being bound by such amendments. You are expected to review these Terms & Conditions on a regular basis.

Assignment

Sophia for Children is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Sophia for Children and you in relation to your use of this Microsite, and supersede any and all prior agreements and understandings.

No Waiver

If Sophia for Children fails to exercise any right or remedy available to it under these Terms & Conditions such failure does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
